Thank you for being here with us! We get pumped on every order and quickly prepare your coffee to be roasted. Every order is roasted at the time of ordering, so that when your coffee arrives, it will be as fresh as fresh can be! Every bag has a built-in air valve that allows for C02 to escape, as part of the normal outgassing of fresh coffee, but never allows any oxygen in. This means your sealed bag of Battlefield Coffee will only get better and better as time goes on. Gotta love it!
